68th Academy Awards

The 68th Annual Academy Awards ceremony was held on March 25, 1996 at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Best Picture nominations included Braveheart (winner), Apollo 13, Babe, The Postman, and Sense and Sensibility. The Best Actor Oscar went to Nicolas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas and the Best Actress Oscar went to Susan Sarandon in Dead Man Walking.
